State of Ohio Cooperatives are able to submit task orders through the IAP OTOS system. Once they submit a task order, an IAP representative will review the task order, contact the cooperative, clarify any details and schedule a scope meeting. Once the scope is confirmed, IAP will bid the project out to the qualified sub-contractors that meet the requirements of the task order. Once a sub-contractor is awarded the project, IAP will manage the project to completion.

In order to submit a new task order or review existing task orders, authorized personnel will need to login to the IAP OTOS system.

How does my Cooperative get a login to the OTOS system?

Co-operative employees may request a login to the OTOS system here. All requests will be reviewed and must be approved by the designated Co-operative approving manager.
